CybaVerse Acquires SecureAck to Strengthen Security Operations Platform
CybaVerse is excited to announce the acquisition of SecureAck, a UK-based security automation company, in a strategic move that strengthens its position as a next-generation cyber security platform for MSPs and SMEs.
This acquisition represents a major milestone in CybaVerse’s journey, one that aligns two companies with a shared vision: making enterprise-grade security tools more accessible, flexible, and cost-effective for growing businesses.

The integration of SecureAck’s technology will allow CybaVerse to enhance its already powerful platform with increased automation, improved scalability, and broader integration capabilities all within a hybrid, vendor-agnostic model.
“The goal is to meet organisations wherever they are in their cyber security journey,” Oliver added. “Whether they want a fully managed service, a co-managed hybrid model, or to take control of their own operations, we will now have the platform to support all three.”
As part of the acquisition, Simon Phillips, formerly CEO of SecureAck, joins CybaVerse as Chief Technology Officer of Engineering.

The SecureAck team will transition fully into CybaVerse, with no changes to customer services or support. Over time, the SecureAck brand will be retired, and all services will unify under the CybaVerse name.
