The Challenge
Before partnering with CybaVerse, the organisation relied heavily on an in-house assessor to manage and process all Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus applications. When that internal role became unavailable, they were left with a significant gap in both expertise and capacity, particularly when it came to interpreting assessment criteria and ensuring consistency across client submissions.
With responsibility for the process shifting to a team member without formal assessor credentials, the organisation needed a way to maintain service quality and compliance without rebuilding in-house capability. The lack of structure, clarity, and qualified support posed a risk to delivering a confident, professional service.
