From the outset, CybaVerse worked closely with the client, communicating clearly to demonstrate how our knowledge, experience and platform could support their requirements. During these discussions, it was also identified that achieving Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification would further strengthen their cyber security posture.

Working collaboratively, CybaVerse and the Spinal Injuries Association developed a robust solution that not only met the organisation’s security requirements but also aligned with its budget.

In addition to introducing the platform to the organisation, CybaVerse also developed a dedicated onboarding presentation for new employees and to help upskill current team members to ensure that they understand the importance of remaining vigilant against phishing emails and other common cyber threats.
